Introduction
Kings Trader is a “Ready-to-wear” shoe collection store that also gives you an amazing option of customizing a shoe as per your preferences. They have a both physical and an online store.
The client was referred by a friend to use our services.
The Challenge
The client’s in-house team used to handle the backend and imaging processing work, so he needed a frontend development team to improve the product deployment and provide the frontend development services.
Though the company’s stores were excellent, they were not able to customize the shoes online as per the taste and preferences of the customers, due to the lack of proper options on their site.
The main challenge was to refine the architecture of their website and build a new and insightful interface to make it user-friendly so that users can easily order the shoes from a variety of options available and can also customize them as per their preferences and comfort.
The Methodology
Developed the site as per customers’ convenience where they could choose from a variety of options and can also customize one as per their requirements and satisfaction. We also created documentation on the entire project, enabling employees and web administrators to understand the capabilities of the website and web portal.
We quickly generated ideas, collected feedback, and explored interaction ideas before moving into visual design and development.
With our Shopify experts and being one of the leading Shopify development companies, we built the whole website on Shopify.
The Results
The website provides two categories of services in footwear – one Ready-to-Wear collection and the other personally customized shoes for their customers. Our professionals delivered the best user experience and built a custom solution that streamlined processes and improved functionality within the time and budget available, keeping users’ needs at the core as well.
Now, they have been able to gain more customers and enjoy a growing number of customers every day.
Currently, we look after the website’s maintenance and support and are also looking forward to working on more big projects with him.
